• Account Information: We collect your email address, billing name, and subscription payment status.
• Technical Logs: Our servers log connection data, including your IP address, browser user-agent, and execution timestamps for security auditing.
• Trading Configuration: To execute signals, we store your terminal configuration, broker account ID (if using MT5/cTrader), and exchange API keys (if using MEXC). All exchange API keys are encrypted at rest using industry-standard protocols.

2. What We DO NOT Collect

We do not collect and will never request withdrawal permissions on your exchange API keys. We do not store your trading portfolio history or P&L balance unless it is included directly within a TradingView signal alert payload that you configure. We do not track or sell your browsing history to third-party advertisers.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information solely to:

• Provide, maintain, and optimize the signal-routing infrastructure.
• Send critical system notifications (billing updates, subscription status changes, and terminal heartbeat connection alerts).
• Monitor system health and analyze aggregated usage trends to improve execution speed.

4. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We only share data with essential infrastructure partners necessary to run the Service:

• Stripe: Implements secure card checkout.
• NOWPayments: Processes secure cryptocurrency checkouts.
• Transactional Email Provider: Delivers account credentials, Bootstrap Keys, and service updates.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data with marketing partners or external networks.

5. Storage, Location, and Retention

Our servers are hosted with a major cloud provider. Account credentials and API configurations are stored securely until you delete your account. General system logs and webhook payloads are deleted automatically after approximately 30 days.

6. Your Rights (Including GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have standard GDPR data protection rights, including the right to access, rectify, or request deletion of your personal data. To exercise these rights, please email us directly.
