Risk Disclosure
Last updated: May 22, 2026
WARNING: Trading derivatives, foreign exchange (forex), and cryptocurrencies carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. You could lose all of your invested capital. Do not trade with money you cannot afford to lose.
1. General Trading Risk
All trading activities involve substantial risk of loss. Past performance, backtests, or hypothetical simulations do not indicate or guarantee future results. Market conditions can shift rapidly, causing significant adverse price movements that can deplete your account balance instantly.
2. Leverage and Forex Risk
Forex pairs and contracts for difference (CFDs) are typically traded with leverage. While leverage can amplify trading gains, it equally magnifies losses. A small adverse price movement can result in a margin call or complete liquidation of your trading account. You must configure position-sizing constraints suitable for your leverage.
3. Cryptocurrency Volatility and Exchange Risk
Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile and trade 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In addition to high price volatility, trading crypto exchanges introduces custody risks, exchange-level downtime, API connection drops, and regulatory risks. Wael.bot is not responsible for losses due to exchange insolvencies, hacks, or frozen accounts.
4. Automated Execution and Technical Risk
By using wael.bot to automate your trading signals, you acknowledge the unique risks of automated execution:
- Latency & Slippage: Price changes during signal transit (TradingView → wael.bot → Broker Terminal) can cause orders to execute at less favorable prices (slippage).
- Connectivity Issues: Network drops, VPS crashes, API key expirations, or broker terminal disconnection can prevent signals from executing.
- Alert Formatting Errors: Incorrectly configured TradingView alert payloads can result in rejected trades or incorrect position sizing.
You must monitor your active terminals regularly to ensure execution parameters are operating correctly.
5. No Financial or Investment Advice
wael.bot is a technical routing utility. We do not evaluate your trading strategy, financial status, risk tolerance, or suitability to trade. No content on our landing page, documentation, or correspondence constitutes a recommendation to trade any specific asset class or execute any specific strategy.
6. User Configuration and Responsibility
You retain total control and responsibility for setting up and maintaining your trading configurations. You must configure appropriate stop-losses, take-profits, maximum open position limits, and daily loss controls within your terminal (MT5/cTrader) or exchange account.
7. Assumption of Risk
By subscribing to and activating the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and voluntarily assumed all financial and technical risks associated with automated trading. You agree that wael.bot shall not be held liable for any loss of capital incurred.
