Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel at any time by contacting us. Once cancelled, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

2. Refund Window and Eligibility

We offer a 7-day refund window for first-time subscriptions. To be eligible for a refund:

• You must submit your refund request within 7 calendar days of your initial subscription purchase.
• You must NOT have executed any automated signals through the platform.
• You must NOT have connected your Bootstrap Key to a live MT5, cTrader, or MEXC execution environment.

Prorated refunds or refunds requested after the 7-day window are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are granted solely at our discretion.

3. Cryptocurrency Refund Terms

If you paid for your subscription using cryptocurrency (processed via NOWPayments), refunds will be paid out in the same cryptocurrency token to your specified refund wallet address.

Important notice on crypto volatility: Cryptocurrency refunds are calculated based on the token amount at the current market exchange rate at the time the refund is processed. Due to asset price volatility, the fiat USD value of the refunded cryptocurrency may differ from the original payment value. All network transaction fees (gas fees) for processing the refund will be deducted from the refund payout.

4. Situations Ineligible for Refunds

We do not issue refunds under the following circumstances:

• Trading losses incurred while using the Service.
• Dissatisfaction with the performance or profitability of your custom TradingView signals.
• Failure to connect or configure your terminal due to refusal to follow the steps in the Setup Guide or cooperate with support.
• Subsequent renewal charges if you failed to cancel your subscription before the auto-renewal date.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us via our Contact Page. Your request must include:

• Your subscription email address.
• The date of your initial purchase.
• The reason you are requesting a refund (to help us improve our execution services).

6. Processing Time

Once approved, card refunds are processed immediately but may take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your bank statement depending on your card issuer. Approved cryptocurrency refunds are processed and sent to your wallet within 24 to 72 hours.
