Just Subscribed?
We have sent your Bootstrap Key and account credentials to your registration email. You will need this key to authorize your terminal or link your API keys.
Receive your credentials
After completing payment, you will receive a Bootstrap Key and credentials in your registration email.
Download WaelBot Desktop
Download the installer (WaelBot Setup.exe) directly from your client dashboard.
Install and launch
Run the standard Windows NSIS installer. WaelBot will run in your Windows system tray.
Sign in to your account
Open the WaelBot Desktop app from your tray and sign in using your subscription email and Bootstrap Key.
Connect your MT5 account
Go to broker settings in the app, and input your MT5 server address, login number, and password. WaelBot connects directly to your local terminal.
Start automated execution
Keep WaelBot Desktop running in the tray. MT5 must remain running on the same machine to receive and execute signals.
Note: MT5 itself must be installed and running on the same machine. WaelBot Desktop connects to it via the official MetaTrader5 API — withdrawal and transfer permissions are never used.

Troubleshooting
- Signals not executing? Verify that the WaelBot app or cBot status shows "Connected" and that your trading account has sufficient balance and leverage.
- WaelBot Desktop Connection Error? Ensure MetaTrader 5 is installed and actively running on the same Windows machine. Double-check your broker server name, login number, and password inside the app settings.
- Invalid Credentials? Double-check the Bootstrap Key sent to your subscription email. It is separate from your website login password.
- Crypto trade errors? Ensure Spot trading is enabled for the API key and that you have sufficient USDT in your MEXC Spot account.
